How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Since our specialized formulas are mixed to order to ensure maximum shelf life and quality, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

Can I return a custom-tinted paint color?

Because custom-tinted colors are mixed specifically for your order, they are non-returnable. However, if there is a defect in the base product or a shipping error, we will provide a full replacement or refund.

Do I need a special primer for StarShield products?

While our smart paints have excellent adhesion, we recommend using our StarShield Universal Primer on porous surfaces or dark colors to ensure the thermal-reflective properties perform at their peak.

Are your paints eco-friendly and safe for indoor use?
